The Sebastian House is the designated site for the Sebastian Medical Museum. This English Tudor Revival style dwelling was built in 1928. It is located at the corner of Benbow Road and East Washington Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Sebastian House was named for its original owners, the late Dr. Simon Powell Sebastian and his wife Martha Sebastian.

In January of 1923, a group of individuals met and organized the Greensboro Negro Hospital Association. Shortly afterwards a charter was formed of seventy-two members. A Board of Directors consisting of an equal number of white and black individuals were formed. Then on May 4, 1927, L. Richardson Memorial Hospital opened.

The Grace Lutheran Church was formally organized on February 3, 1897. The Evangelical Lutheran Grace Congregation located on the corner of Ashe and McCollough Streets in Warnersville and the Lutheran Memorial Congregation on York Street in the Jonesboro community and merged and selected the present site in 1928 and named Grace Luther Memorial Lutheran Church on May 11, 1930.
